Located at the northern edge of Utah Valley University’s academic core, the Clarke Classroom Building defines a new quadrangle anchored by the Fulton Library. This 250,000 SF facility was designed to support the growing College of Humanities and Social Sciences, creating a destination for learning, collaboration, and campus life.

The building is composed of two distinct volumes: a five-story classroom tower and a 265-foot-long horizontal office bar. A linear atrium connects the two, bringing natural light deep into the interior and creating a shared space that encourages movement and interaction. The ground level opens onto the quad and includes a campus café and auditorium—welcoming both daily activity and special events.

Inside, academic classrooms are flanked by study rooms and lounge spaces with daylight and views. The building’s layout and massing express the distinct functions of each volume, while the shared atrium serves as a central gathering space for students and faculty alike.

  • "The building itself is gorgeous. The light is fantastic. The grand staircase is beautiful."
