The City Library defines the eastern edge of the Springville Civic Center and is seamlessly woven into the city’s walkable Art Loop. Situated at a bend in Hobble Creek, the library captures sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountains and Utah Valley. Its layout is organized along a civic spine that connects welcoming outdoor gathering spaces which activate Main Street.

Honored with the “Best of State” library award for ten consecutive years, the library’s staff continually capitalize on the 34,000 square foot facility to support the community’s passion for learning, creativity, and business development. Centered around a daylit core, services radiate outward into a variety of program areas - from a flexible, divisible meeting room to a purpose-built teen space, abundant seating and technology access points, dedicated study areas, and a vibrant children’s reading room. Together, these spaces nurture lifelong learning, strengthen community collaboration, and celebrate this unique PLACE.
