The Salt Lake County Redwood Adaptive Sports Complex is planned to serve the majority of the adaptive sports needs of greater Salt Lake County. This site will include a multi-use Velo-sport Pump Track that is designed to accommodate multiple types of sports cycles for all ages and abilities. The site will also include a perimeter trail, access to the New Roots Community Farm, multi-use sports fields, a large pavilion, and a large adaptive sports play structure.

The proposed Recreation Center includes multiple large open gym spaces that can be reconfigured to suit multiple sports throughout the day or week in order to accommodate the varied activities that are planned from basketball to volleyball to pickleball and more. The facility also has an elevated track, exercise studios, a multi-function performance room with a stage, and kitchen and classroom spaces. The spaces are all planned around programming that will be scheduled to meet currently unmet community needs.
