We’ve provided a page of resources for generic project use. Feel free to browse through the resources we have provided to help you on your next project. Please note, a lot of our resources have been genericized for this purpose. For finalized use in a project, you will want to work with a licensed professional to curate a customized approach.

Precipitation Collection Model

  • Place Collaborative has created an open-source Precipitation Collection Model in spreadsheet form that demonstrates how location and design interact in pursuit of place-based water use reduction strategies. By using the tool iteratively, an intuition regarding suitable solutions for a given place will form over time. Consult and collaborate with accredited and licensed professionals in order to determine the suitability of inputs and outputs before deploying contemplated strategies.

Lighting for a Dark Sky

  • Place Collaborative has created a three page flyer meant for educational outreach about dark sky friendly lighting, and its impacts on our local ecology. The flyer is provided in an letter- sized, printable version and  square formatted version for social media posts. This document was produced in collaboration with Sageland collaborative, Swaner Ecocenter, Tracy Aviary, and Great Salt Lake Audubon.
